The soft gel molds to your head and stays put, so there's no bulk, no pressure, and no shifting while you move. It works under hard hats on the jobsite, catcher's helmets behind the plate, riding helmets on the road, and everyday caps in the backyard.

Built from tough, leakproof TPU and non-toxic cooling gel, it's reusable hundreds of times. Freeze it, use it, rinse it, repeat. Simple cooling that actually holds up.

Freeze your Cap Buddy flat in your fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes, or as long as desired. Once it's frozen, slip it inside your hat, helmet, or cap — the flexible flower shape conforms to your head and stays in place. When it melts, re-freeze and use again. For quick relief, press it against your forehead or the back of your neck.

One size fits all. Each Cap Buddy is 7.09 inches (18 cm) across and weighs just 3.5 oz, with a flexible shape that molds to any head. It fits inside baseball caps, sun hats, hard hats, catcher's helmets, riding helmets, chef hats, and more — no adjusting, no shifting.

How long does the cooling last?

Around 1-2 hours of active cooling per freeze, depending on the heat and how it's worn. Keep a spare frozen and swap them out to stay cool all day.

How long does it take to freeze?

15-30 minutes in the freezer, or 30-60 minutes in the fridge.

Is the gel safe?

Yes. It's made from leakproof TPU and non-toxic gel. It won't leak, even after repeated freezing.

Can I reuse it?

Yes — hundreds of times. Freeze, use, then wipe or rinse clean and air dry. It holds its shape and cooling power.
